Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
  • Place the patties on a baking sheet, top each with half a slice of cheddar cheese, and bake for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Meanwhile, toast the slider buns by brushing them with melted butter and placing them in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  • Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom half of each bun.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing a lettuce leaf, a patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, and a pickle slice on each bun.
  • Top with the remaining bun half and serve warm.

Notes
